Agent Provocateur, one of Britain’s leading luxury and erotic lingerie brands, has launched an erotically-charged new website.
Designed like a private x-rated movie with seamy film footage of semi-naked men and women, the site also includes pictures from the latest lingerie collections and an ‘adventures’ section which encourages viewers to fantasise that they are voyeurs in an erotic cult club in paradise.
The decision to push a greater online strategy came after the company, which was established in 1994 by Joseph Corré and Serena Rees, saw a rise in the percentage of in-store sales and moved to adapt further to the phenomenal growth in the online market.
The company has always been well-known for its eye-popping branding, and has boasted A-list celebrities such as Kate Moss and Maggie Gyllenhaal as ‘faces’ for their advertising campaigns in the past.
